LLM

Large Language Model. A transformer-based AI model trained on text data that can reason, classify, and generate content.

A large language model (LLM) is a deep learning model trained on large corpora of text to perform tasks including text generation, summarization, classification, and extraction. MenuMargin AI uses LLM capabilities to parse supplier invoices (extracting structured line items from unstructured PDF text), generate menu optimization recommendations from cost and sales data, and answer operator questions about their menu performance in natural language. The LLM is not the product; it is the execution layer that enables the cost analysis pipeline to function without manual data entry.
